GUIDE TO REGISTRATION

Registration opens from 7:30am on the 1st day of the bootcamp at the Glasgow SEC

Be prepared for queuing due to the number of guests attending

On the approach to the Lomond Auditorium in the Loch Suite of the SEC, guests will be guided into two paths for registration…

Ticket Category 1: ACCESS; GENERAL; EXECUTIVE tickets

  • directed by signposts to your registration desks inside the hallway of the Lomond Auditorium
  • a cloakroom facility is available in the hallway (£2 per item deposited)
  • a queuing system will be in place for registration desks
  • please have your ticket (digital or paper print) available for check-in
  • you will be provided with the relevant wristband for your seating area (this will provide your entry for the duration of the event)
  • once checked-in you can now relax until the event begins
  • the ClydeBuilt Bar & Kitchen is available out in the main corridor for food and drinks, and a small convenience shop is also available
  • entrance to the event will be announced to you, approximately 8:45am

Ticket Category 2: VIP; PREMIER; PLATINUM tickets

  • directed by signposts to your registration desks.  These will be outside of the hallway to the Lomond Auditorium, placed at the entrance of the stairs to your exclusive networking area on the mezzanine floor.  Please follow the directions of signs and staff.
  • a queuing system will be in place for registration desks
  • please have your ticket (digital or paper print) available for check-in
  • you will be provided with the relevant wristband for your seating area (this will provide your entry for the duration of the event)
  • before or after you check in, you can make use of the cloakroom facility inside the Lomond Auditorium hallway (£2 per item deposited)
  • once checked-in you will be guided up to your exclusive networking area to relax until the event begins
  • feel free to go grab a coffee from the Clydebuilt Bar in the main corridor if you wish
  • advanced entry to the event will be announced to you, approximately 8:30am

Parking
Leave the M8 at junction 19 and join the westbound Clydeside Expressway (A814). Westbound on the Expressway (A814) take the cut off for the campus. Turn left at traffic lights and take the right lane to access multi-storey parking. 

Transport links to the venue:

The SEC has its own dedicated railway station – Exhibition Centre – allowing easy access from the city centre and suburbs. There are six trains an hour (around every 10 minutes) from Glasgow Central station, departing from Platform 17 (low level).
